Clothing & Accessories

All products will take approximately 2-4 business days to complete from the time of purchase. Christmas & sale time 3-10 working days. Pre-orders can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the demand. If you require your purchase sooner, please contact Doops Designs or add express shipping to your order.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

All parcels are sent via Australia Post in a satchel that comes with a tracking number.  Please allow the standard 3 - 5 business days for your order to arrive & can take at Christmas time 5-8. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

All items will be sent via standard airmail, in tough bags or satchels depending on the size. Please allow the standard 2 - 3 weeks for your order to arrive.  All orders are updated with a tracking number once shipped. Insurance is an additional cost we recommend on large orders. 

The shipping charge is a flat rate of $35 AUD in most countries though New Zealand is a flat rate of $20 AUD.

Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that need to be paid on your parcel before you receive it. Please check your local laws before ordering.

For all orders please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for the unfortunate loss of parcels after they have left our studio. 

DUTIES + TAXES

UK/EUROPE/CANADA

All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Australia Post will pay any money owed on a shipment to Customs on behalf of the receiver. As a result, they charge a fee for advancing these funds, known as an Advance Payment Surcharge, as well as a collection fee. Australia Post will contact you directly to collect any outstanding fees.

The full shipping cost to send your parcel will be added to the value of your goods and used by customs to calculate duties and taxes. If you did not pay for shipping (such as with a free shipping offer), the commercial invoice will list the actual shipping cost paid by The Doops Designs. Our flat-rate shipping charges are subsidised, so the true cost of shipping your parcel is often higher than what you paid at checkout. In some cases, customs may require the actual shipping cost, rather than the flat rate, to determine their fees.

USA Ordering Guide

Due to recent tariff changes in 2025, your entire order may be subject to additional fees when your parcel enters the USA. These fees are your sole responsibility as the purchaser. Please note that shipping charges paid at checkout do not include these fees.

Many of our fabrics are made in China, which means those products are likely to incur tariffs that will be charged to you upon delivery in the US. Our shipping partner, Australia Post, has also advised that if your parcel contains goods from both tariffed and non-tariffed countries, fees or tariffs may be applied to the entire value of the shipment—not just the value of the tariffed goods.
